Things are finally starting to fall into place here in good ole Newton. Today is Brian and my 5 year wedding anniversary. We have been through a lot in these last 5 years. An 18 month military deployment to Iraq, several months at an Army base in the middle of BFE Mississippi, 4 years at University, graduations, a very long and challenging pregnancy, and the birth of our beautiful daughter, among many other things.
Brian got a job at an Engineering firm in Mattoon and yesterday was his first day. He seemed pretty excited about it when talked about how it went. I am thrilled because I was getting concerned about going a month unemployed, with two houses, two sets of bills, and a depleating savings....but things are finally looking up!
